I bought a new truck back in the last part of January. Within the first 24hrs I had a service brake system light come on telling me to get it to dealer within 7 days. I took it the same day. Service department took it to the back then brought it right back out. The guy told me there were some burnt wires but we're to busy to take it in . Service desk said they would call me with an appointment as soon as they could get a rental car for me. Said to take my truck til then. At about 2050 miles I had the truck parked in my yard listening to utube via the truck. I was doing some work in the yard when the music just stopped. I turned to look towards the truck and saw that it was on fire. I acted quickly ask could to put the fire out. I was alone at the time so it took a few minutes. After I contacted Walt Massey and had the truck towed there.. It took them almost two months before they gave me an estimate and in formed me that they wouldn't be honoring the bumper to bumper warranty that came with the truck. They claimed it was my fault saying my phone charger caused the fire. Although it still works fine even though it was burnt by the fire. They blamed me even though I have text messages from their device department telling me that it was "no way my fault" I've been without the truck for several months now and I just want my money back. They can have the truck. They have even left the windows down the entire time its been in their possession. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund. Including what I paid for the tags. Also full price of my trade in that was only two weeks old yet they gave me 15,000 less than I paid for it.
