Well my water bill was due on the sixth of june however they did not cut my water off I wrote a check two days ago for a hundred dollars then today the water company came and cut my water off while out side the temperature is about 97. Degrees and I'm disabled I called the water company and proceeded to inquire about my account the receptionist was so rude she yells you didn't pay your bill and you cut the water back on yourself I tried to explain to her that I didn't and being that my two neighbors just moved and the apartments are side by connected by two apartments a piece so maybe it was the person that administrated the process of cutting off the water made a mistake I asked for them to see who were the technicians for that area all she kept repeating was that it was me that cut the water back on I start feeling insulted so I asked the woman can I speak to someone over her she replied well there's no else her above me and that the person would say the same thing that she said I did it its in the log book signatures and all there workers wouldn't lie that was at 12 in the afternoon the receptionist forwarded me to there manager which was a guy I left messages and messages I called back at 4 o clock because no one had contacted me yet so I tried again the same lady that forwarded me to him answered again I explained that he hasn't gotten back at me and I don't want to be without water when I played on my account the day before yesterday she replied well he really doesn't b Resolution Sought I would like for the receptionist to get fired and I would like my water back on also I would like to be reimburse for the water 50$ I had to pay for when I got disconnected and the reconnection fee and a apology from the receptionist for accusing me of stealing water from the city and treating and talking to me like I didnt matter like I was a nobody basically like I don't have disability issues were water is really a necessity
