I had a appointment for a recall on my car. They set the appointment for July 11 2023. When I went there they said they could not do it. And they never bothered to call me. So I was out a days work plus 2 cars for gas. Around trip of 70 miles. They had set this appointment up a month before this. They had my number and plenty of time to call me. They treated me bad when I was there. I was very upset about this. Resolution Sought I think they should pay my wage and gas for this day. No way to do business
