I placed a 2007 Impala in storage there 2 years ago with instructions s for them to charge my debit card for the monthly $75.00 rent. After several months I received a large bill from them and found out that they'd never charged my card. I asked them to take double payments until the account was caught up and was argued with that they could not charge my card unless my account was current. Who's fault was it that it wasn't? I finally spoke to their boss and he and I reached an agreement to do double payments on my card until current. Early this week I found out that they'd auctioned off my car for delinquent rent! When I contacted their "office" manager she took a belligerent tone with me. She claims that registered letters were sent, none of which did I receive. She also said that I don't answer my phone. Now I did spend all of March and part of April in the hospital with open heart surgery. Did not answer my phone much, that's true. But why didn't I receive any voice mail messages? If I'd had any idea what was happening I would have dealt with it immediately! She claimed my card was declined which is possible, but my balance never remains low for very long due to direct deposits from my business. Did she ever re-try charging my card? I don't think so. Resolution Sought Pay me for the car they stole.
