i am helping my 91 year old grandfather mr bill came out 2 weeks ago and told him he would fix his water pump in his yard because he had no water in his home for 2700 dollars. Next he came back 2 days later looked at it and said the well was dry he needed to dig new well . This man keeps lying and telling him lie after lie i have contacted him myself several times and he continues to have another lie we called police and made report they said this is a civil matter but he would document it .This man took 2700 for a elderly man and i dont believe this is right ! please help us my grandpa is 91 and suffering from liver cancer. Resolution Sought We want money back and for him to be cited for taking advantage of elderly .i understand a tank was bought and pump and maybe his very little labor but not all of his money he said he has 28 years experience but this seems like neglect on my grandpa.

Company states; Please be advised that we were called to their residence about 3 weeks ago and we checked out their pump and they have a single pipe deep well pump, the pump was around 15-18 years old, and the pump had lost prime. I gave them a price, which was to replace everything, which would be new. I put all the new pump, new tank, ect.. No prime. I explained step by step to the customer's, so two things has to happen - take the well sleeve out & put a pump in. Once, again this was all explained to the customer. Also, I have bent backwards for this customer & spent over $1,100 out of my pocket and they knew this. This is just heartwrenching to get this complaint.

Oh no this is lies he even took parts off old pump this man still hasn't come back or call. My grandpa is 91 year's old n in stage 4 cancer This is so sad that he can do this to someone please help my grandpa cause we even called cops n filed report
