I went in to trade in my car as this car dealer is having a "Your job I your credit" blowout sale. I got in touch with the company and was given a VIP Voucher. I showed up at my appointment and a young lady came out of the office and insisted on helping me. She asked serval questions (i.e. pay before taxes biweekly, social security number, amount of time at job) she left and came back and informed me that my income was sufficient but my credit score was 491. Now I keep check of my score at work different sites and my score is 566. The young lady then proceeded to tell me that mists sites are 50 points less. She then asked if someone else Go in with me so I gave her my husband's info and once again she left and said his score is lower than mines. I feel that the decision was made not to sell me a car before I was in the building good. Not sure how many other people they do this to but to be treated this way is not professional. Resolution Sought I would like a formal apology and a nice down payment for a new vehicle at another dealership because I ill not go back here.
