I ordered a set of shelves from their website on May, 14th. On June, 23rd the tracking info said they had arrived in the country and I should receive them soon. On June 28th I received a small package which contained only a nylon glasses bag . I hadn't made any order for any such product. So, at that time I did not think this was to be my delivery. Later when the shelves did not arrive, I went to the postal service and found out in their records that the small package with the glasses bag was actually with the same ID tracking number as the shelves I was expecting. I began correspondence with the company and requested a full refund but they said I needed to wait for their internal investigation. That was in August. After that they stopped responding to my emails. Resolution Sought I would like to receive a full refund.
