Their treatment of customers & unauthorized billing.

After ongoing problems with Ware Disposal, their treatment of customers & unauthorized billing I attempted to cancel. Not once or twice but several times over 3 months. Eventually, I blocked charges on my card let them know to pickup the trash bin. As a result I received an abusive & threatening call from Jay Ware, General Manager of Ware Disposal. Jay verbally berated me, threatened my dogs, threatened to sue me & asked if I was intelligent enough to read. This is a large company with huge contracts throughout Southern California. The abusive & aggressive culture of the leadership is astonishing. I urge any city, business or consumer supporting this company to reconsider what they are supporting. The call from Jay was on a recorded line and is available to anyone who would like to see first hand what happens when you try to cancel service with Ware. Treat customers with respect.

Ware Disposal Company resolved my issue quickly with the help of Business-Consumer Alliance.

Ware Disposal Company for many years has been good about replacing our trash cans when they were cracked and broken. Had some difficulty getting a new blue recycling bin this Spring. With the help of Business-Consumer Alliance, Ware Disposal resolved my issue promptly. Perhaps the process of them going out for bid for a new contract (which they were ultimately were awarded starting June 1st) had some bearing on the matter.
