Bought a car which was equipped with a kill switch and a tracking device and if my payment is only 5 days late my car is shut off is this legal. Resolution Sought Remove kill switch and tracking device.

This is the mother of a customer. We have never sold Judith a vehicle. The starter interrupt device is legal, and was disclosed to the customer. Signed disclosure on file. I have spoken to Judith and she said she did not know her daughter was informed. This should resolve any concerns.
