Couple months ago I got mail saying final notice for extended car warranty, so I called, and gave them my vin# and card information, but my bank failed the transaction, so I tried another card and that too failed! So, I called my bank and we came to a conclusion that its most likely a scam and they tried running the card again even after I made the call. So, I changed my cards, but I keep getting calls and text and emails from them even though I called back and tell them I didn't purchase a plan, so there shouldn't be anything for me to cancel. Resolution Sought I would like for you to contact them and tell them to stop calling me, because I didn't purchase a plan from them.

Policy purchased on 4/11/2023 with $100 down payment plus $295.06 for the monthly payment after going through my finances for my monthly bills I realize that I couldn't afford it on 5/3/2023 I called and canceled the policy also received the message stating that the funds was not in my checking account for the next month payment I was asked to make the next month's payment and I will be able to get my full refund I declined and just wanted to cancel the policy asked to send my cancellation in writing which I did on 513/2023 2 weeks haven't heard anything made a call was told they didn't receive sent a second request on 6/10/2023 call back in a week was told they didn't receive the letter was asked to send it certified which would have been about $29 that I didn't have so I sent a priority on 06 21 2023 they received it on 06 23 2023 at 10:43 a.m. after calling back they will check on my refund on 06 26/2023 told to call back in about 2 weeks call back on 7:21 2023 was told a check could not be cut until I report mileage which you could have told me all of this in the beginning call several times left messages with the answering service called on 07 /24/2023 was told my time had expired and then will not be a refund I feel as though I was given a complete runaround from the beginning and should receive some kind of refund Resolution Sought I would expect some kind of refund I don't have money like that to give away
