I have had a contract with Waste Management of Kentucky for the past 12 weeks and in all that time my trash has only been picked up 3 times. I have called the office numerous times (nearly every week) and have received numerous excuses for why the trash has not been picked up. Some of the persons answering the phone have been very rude causing me to have to be rude, there is no sense in this. I intend to cancel my contract with this company and contract with another company for trash pickup but unfortunately this will involve me having to transport my trash to another location for pickup. Resolution Sought Cancel my contract and reimburse me for the weeks that my garbage was not picked up.
