My trash pick up was supposed to begin Tuesday, July 13th. I didn't have the company's trash bin but my own from 20 years ago from a company that is now out of business. I was told they were unable to pick up my trash probably because of that reason. So the dispatcher or customer service worker told me she would leave a note to tell them to empty my trash bin and I will be using it permanently. I was never offered one of theirs. She told me they would send someone out to pick up my trash on Thursday the 15th. They never showed. So I called and told them send them out Friday. They said they can't do that because I'm scheduled for Tuesday pickup. Now it's Tuesday again and my trash bin is full, stinking and attracting flies. I called again in the afternoon worried that no one was coming again. I spotted one of their trucks through my window on the street behind mine. I was reassured they would pick up my garbage today. But they didn't. They just apologized saying they were understaffed. I already payed them online through my bank for 3 month service. I haven't had a trash pick up since July 7th from my old company. Resolution Sought Pick up my garbage right away and reimburse me for 2 weeks of no service.
