We have had incredibly unreliable internet with Watch Communications. It goes out consistently and no one can ever tell you why or when you will get it back. We were promised a technician to come out today and so we stayed home and one never showed up. I called and finally hung up after waiting for 3 hours and 10 minutes on hold. The automated voice kept telling me I was the next caller in line but no one ever answered. Resolution Sought Give me a credit. I also want others to know not to waste their time with this awful service.
