Poor customer suervice

My watch box arrived damaged. I began emailing them right after Christmas to exchange it for a new item. They ignored my emails until I threatened to complain to paypal and begin logging negative reviews. After sending them pictures at their request they agreed to send me an RMA. That never happened and they reverted to ignoring my emails. After wasting two months I'm stuck with a damaged box I don't want.
