Watercraft installed an above ground pool. We have sent several requests regarding leaks, the pool not being level and accessories he promised us. The owners wife promised the accessories would be dropped off to us and when the worker came to our house he said he was not told to do so by the owners. We have sent several inquiries and have not had any response back in 3 weeks. We spent 24000 on this pool/accessories . He has not even shown us how to use the pool. I have never in my life worked with such an unprofessional company. Resolution Sought We want our accessories and for them to to fix the leak as well as ensure the pool is level or refund us some money so that we can hire another company to fix their mistakes
