I ordered a "Waterloo Grilled Chicken Salad for takeout. My spouse picked up the order & when arrived home, the cheese & chicken were missing. I immediately contacted the restaurant & it seemed as if they were experiencing phone issues, I left a detailed message. I did not hear back from them, therefore I reached out again. The initial individual said, "Let me put you on the phone with my manager." The manager claimed she packed the order & knew it was made correctly. I offered to send a picture & she explained I should talk to "her" manager! The "supposed " manager was rude & claimed I was yelling at her, however I was just attempting to explain the situation & she claimed she packed the order!!!! I explained that the items were missing & her solution was to take $4 off of my next order! I refuse to patronize such a poorly run establishment who lacks the skill to keep customers happy. Resolution Sought I would prefer a "full" refund since I will not eat there under this so-called leadership.
