I keep bringing in my vehicle for service and they will not work on my truck. They have had my vehicle for 3 days now. I went there in person to get an update because they won't answer there phone. They told me it would be ready by the end on the day. Come to find out my truck was parked out back and has not been touched. Not only did they lie to my face they have costed me thousands in missed wages from work for there failed appointments. Resolution Sought I want my vehicle fixed honestly. I'm to the point I want compensation for all these failed appointments where nothing has been done. I also want compensation for all the uber rides I had from all these failed appointments

Company states: The customer has never reached out to me directly. The vehicle is not in our service lot, therefore, I'm assuming his vehicle has been repaired and picked up. If he has any questions or needs further assistance, please have him reach out to the General Service Manager directly. Thank you.
