On November 25, 2023, I paid a deposit to Watervue Apartments. I had a move-in date for December 29, 2023. In between the time I paid my deposit the communication with the workers was not good at all. I called and sent several emails, but I got no reply or calls back. When they finally answered, A lady named Melissa couldn't answer any questions the 3 times I called, she would always say she would have someone call me. No one ever called until I told her I was going to come to the office. That's when I received a called from a lady named Zoe. She did say she would refund my deposit because I did let them know I wouldn't be moving in anymore because of all the trouble I had just with communication. January 8, 2024, was the next time I was able to speak with someone, ( I called from another number) Zoe gave me her cell phone number and told me to reach out to her about the sending my deposit back. January 8, 11, and 16th I reached about my deposit and if it has been sent out. I got no reply. Later that day on January 16, 2024 I told them I was about to leave work to Come to the office to speak with someone she finally replied and said that her internet was out and she couldn't see anything, she knows that I do get a refund and she would let me know if the check was sent back. I haven't heard anything from her or anyone in The office. It is now January 20, 2024, and still no refund or reply back. Resolution Sought I want my $900.00 deposit back.
