I purchased some supplies from the Watsons 7100 Houston, Florence Location on 1/21/2023. I financed the payment through my Watsons credit account. I received a collection letter from a 3rd party collection agency, dates 10/13/2023 saying this balance is outstanding. I don't know why they would refer this paid amount to a collections agency. I never received an invoice for this through Wells Fargo. The salesperson Ethan said the representative who processed the sale didn't correctly ring me out. I don't know how I can have this sent to collections when they didn't do something right on their end, and this is unfair, abusive, and deceptive, which can negatively affect my credit for their error. Resolution Sought I want Watsons to recall this from the collection agency, ensure my credit is not affected, and either allow me to pay this, or forgive the invoice amount, as it was NOT my error.

Company states; We have reached out to Mr. Needham and have settled the situation. What happened was, the salesman who was working with Mr. Needham did not complete the transaction properly. He was to ensure that an authorization was created so that it could be processed into Wells Fargo. An authorization was not created at the time of the transaction, so it was not able to be processed. From March till the beginning of October, we made several attempts to reach out to Mr. Needham to fix our mistake, but never got responses back. Because the invoice went so long without payment, we had to turn the invoice over to collections. 11/1/23, we made contact with Mr. Needham to explain the situation and collected payment from him. We then removed him from collections the same day 11/1/2023.

Heater for my pool purchased June 2022 and this summer the heater did not work. Watsons tried fixing it starting May 19 without success. Went past June 6 but told me they would honor my warranty but that did not happen. Even had the propane people make adjustments saying that was the problem but was not so. My heater still doesn't work. It's a Hayward and has issues that evidently cannot be fixed. I feel Watson's should honor their word to me. Resolution Sought Replace my heater with a new one since this one cannot be fixed to run
