I did a complaint 2 months ago. They returned my call and still made excuses about meetings, lawyers, partners. They did mentioned they received the checks on December 28, 2023. Now they are waiting on multiple law firms for their amounts and a meeting. The latest news I have now is Watts Guerra is now two different law firms.. So I was told I was on the Watts side but Guerra has no number to give for Watts. Once again, I think after all this time,leg work I've done,why are they even taking out fees from me? I have worked on this diligently. Again it's the PRINCIPLE!!! This case is less than 50 clients and they deal with MASS CASES WITH 1000s of clients!! How much longer do I have to wait?? Resolution Sought To pay me without fees.

I have been dealing with the company on a power outage lawsuit that was settled threw a bankruptcy. They requested a w9 form in June and I did that. Since then different stories from the checks were mailed to wrong Law Firm to now still waiting for Brazos . to pay them. October was told just waiting for them to wire the money. So,two months going into New Year no answer. Call and get put on hold because they don't contact me. Been on hold long enough now to file this complaint 18 min Resolution Sought I would like them to pay the money and not charge fees because I've waited a year now. I'm the one that did the research to get some kind of attention to the matter.
