Astound is an Internet service cable company and they provide Internet. Both my husband and I work from home and our son enjoys video games as he is a preteen and he also likes to download movies and we all watch movies so we use a lot of Internet also my husband and I both deal with sensitive information with our jobs so we need reliable and fast Internet. I cannot be entering someone's credit card information for a donation for my nonprofit And have the Internet interrupted and lose all the information or the credit card charged denied or it goes through but it says on my system that it doesn't because I had an interruption and now I'm charging person twice or three times because of an interruption if you want a business, you know what I mean . These are the issues and every time we talk to tech-support someone tells us something different. We have purchased $500 routers and modems we have had to return them to Best Buy. We have asked them for their equipment. Their tech guys show up without equipment and say there are no notes on the account stating we need equipment Today that is what happened so their technician came today brought equipment but said he could not leave it and left so again we are without good service and so we called and again spoke to more ridiculous. Non-informative people on the other end and even the technician who came here today said don't bother talking to them. Nobody knows basically the left-hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Needle Resolution Sought I would like to not have to pay my $150 every month that I'm paying for Internet service that is intermittent and causing interruptions in my daily life.

I don't have an internet most of time. I have called several times and no help. They sent a technical staff and he didn't help either. During the day I don't have an internet from 6 am to 8 am and then night 9 pm to midnight. Yesterdays since 6 pm I don't have an internet and now it's 9 am. The customer service call is on auto respond and keep saying we are workin on it. They said it will be right by 7 am and now they say 11 am. I have a job and I can not work like this. Resolution Sought Damage on my performance, I can not show up at my work calls. I don't have any internet. Stressful
