I would like their business to be investigated thoroughly, refund the suspicious fees or be shut down.

Too numerous to count- check the reviews online in addition to mine. Fraudulent behavior, suspicious non communication, poorest quality in the state, no explanation of random fees tacked onto bill and can never reach a live person. No local phone number to call and they seem to never have the office open even when the posted hours declare them to be in operation.
