12-10-21 approximately 9pm-9:22pm, I ordered 2cuban coffees and 3 29oz Coca Cola's for my fiancé. The coffee's are sitting and waiting to be picked up by a food delivery service with no tops on them, as other random customers are walking by and/or reaching, and talking over them. This seems to be a common practice at this store, along with incomplete orders, unwanted substituted items, so -called downed coffee machines, no complimentary phone calls for such situations. This seems to be every time we order anything that is on the posted internet menu, for at least the last 2 1/2 years. Every time we make a complaint, nothing gets resolved. As you can see with this complaint. Numerous complaints were made by us and many other customers to get a resolution, but still nothing ! This is supposed to be a convenience store, but there is nothing convenient about it. In person , there is no order in the store, trash on the floor, unclean store, and it is a local hangout for the younger crowd in front of the store. We as customers do not go there in person , but to another store out of our area. Police stopped chasing them away, but the harassment from the younger crowd continues. Our neighborhood needs this issue resolved. Resolution Sought Fix what I've stated above that is broken! Make this right.
