I ordered a product from Wayfair.com that arrived broken. I asked for a refund and that I would junk the item since it was too heavy to send back. Instead they offered to send a replacement and I would be responsible for sending the old item back. I told them repeatedly that I cannot move the item nor was I going to pay for it to be repackaged, so I'd rather not do that and simply get a refund. They sent me a new item anyways and are expecting me to send the old item back or they will charge my car for the new item if they don't receive the old item. I told them over and over that I will not be sending the old one back as I cannot move it or repackage it. At this point not only am I not receiving a refund for the broken item (I have pictures that it arrived broken) but they are holding me responsible the new item that I did not order! Resolution Sought My desired outcome is that I get refunded for the broken item and am. Or responsible for sending back, as I already have to pay for it to get junked.

I paid $154 for Wayfair to buy a wall cabinet It was heavily delayed. Then I cancelled the order and got cancellation confirmation from Wayfair. After 10 days they still haven't refunded my money. I'm very disappointed and frustrated with their service. I would never recommend them to anyone and stop buying from them. Resolution Sought Refund total $154 immediately.
