I ordered furniture from Wayfair it was supposed to be on 11/19 and the delivery time was 8-12. I didn't receive my furniture so I called and they said that their delivery partner rescheduled for 12:00- 6:30. I didn't receive my furniture. I've called both FINAL MILE AND WAYFAIR. NEITHER KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON. I ASKED FOR A REFUND BECAUSE WE NEED FURNITURE WERE SETTING ON LAWN FURNITURE!!! NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME 200.00 FOR A DELIVERY FEE AND THEY DIDN'T DELIVER ANYTHING. IM STILL SETTING ON LAWN FURNITURE. Resolution Sought A refund of the delivery fee because they didn't deliver.

I ordered this recliner from Facebook from Wayfair on Oct. 24, 2024. When I spoke to a representative that was going to take my order, I specifically asked if this recliner was leather. She assured me that it was. And She said if I wanted to return it would only cost me $5 dollars to return it. Then, I was Never told I needed a return label from Wayfair. I left this boxed recliner on my driveway near my garage door. Finally, I spoke to a Wayfair representative that was Very informative and knew the correct answers to my questions. And this was after calling to speak to 3 different representatives. I was also corrected on the return charge of $83.50 instead of a $5 dollar return charge. I was Very Upset at this point but was relieved to speak to a representative who knew the correct answers. I am Very Upset about this whole ordeal. Please help me get my return charge of $83.50. I will Never purchase anything from this company again. And I am going to tell anyone I speak to Never purchase from this company also. Very bad business and deceiving and underhanded.
