I purchased a clock on sale on March 25th for a Birthday gift for someone who Birthday is April 19th. I never got the clock. I call a the customer service person told me she would have the order sent out asap but not granted. Well I call back after the Birthday which was April 20th Ask to speak a supervisor Zarina is the supervisor she was very rude, didn't care that the order hadn't been sent out in my opinion. I have work in customer service for 18 years now and have never treated customer like I did care. This is rude and disrespectful behavior

Incompetent customer service, Terrible quality furniture

I spent a lot of money with Wayfair for a new bedroom set at the beginning of May. The set did not ship out when it was supposed to. After over an hour on hold to speak with customer service, the representative said the furniture would be shipping out that day or the next day. It was another couple weeks before it actually shipped out. After finally receiving my bedroom set after waiting for 2 months, the bed and the dresser were damaged. Aside from the fact that the furniture was terrible quality and looked nothing like the website picture, there was extensive damage. I contacted customer service again and was told I would be refunded the money for the damaged items and to return the night stand for a refund as well. I returned the night stand and was haggled over returning the other items as well which I was told I wasn't supposed to be returning because of the damage. I waited a month after being told my money would be refunded to finally receive my money back and only after filing a report against Wayfair. I was on the phone with them multiple times to try to correct the issue and was assured every time I would get my refund in 3-5 days but never did so I ended up filing the report against them and finally getting my money back. I would strongly recommend you shop elsewhere for your furniture needs because Wayfair phone wait times are horrendous and they will straight up ignore any emails you send them. They will tell you what you want to hear on the phone but never follow through.
