I called Mr. Wayne Bell Sr., to do some work on my mother's mobile home he said it was going to cost 800.00 to fix. She had to give him $140 up front for parts, she gave him the money in cash. He said he don't do checks so she gave him cash. It's been 3 weeks now and he keeps ignoring me and giving when he will do it Resolution Sought I would like a refund on the 140.00 dollars and an apology.
