We had them build our dream home. Moved into it in 2018. We had lots of problems/mistakes during the build. After the one year warranty we have had nothing but a nightmare. 2 toilets replaced, all faucets replaced at our costs. Now we have bad window, walls & floors the creak and crack loudly. Our pantry wall was poorly finished off. Our double French patio door was not installed to proper specs. Which now the whole door needs replaced but the warranty is voided because they didn't follow the recommended specs when they installed the door . We now ordered a new door costing us $6,750. I made a complaint before and they sent four different guys to see about our complaints. That was a year ago last March 2023. We got nothing but the run around. They just don't care . It's obvious after reading all these other complaints. Most of us have the same issues. That right there says something about Wayne Homes. I sure wish I d looked at the reviews before we decided to build with them. I wish we had our 100 year old home back instead of this place. Never did I think we d have to spend $6,750.00 on a 6 year old door to be replaced. They are the worst company and I would never recommend them to anyone. How many complaints do they have to have before someone takes notice, that they have serious issues with their homes. Resolution Sought I would like my floors fixed and especially some return of money for my new door I have to put in. Since the warranty is voided because of their building mistake. Had they built it correctly I wouldn't need to replace this door. Simply ridiculous a huge mistake was made.
