I've called several times. I contacted the better business bureau and received a call back...the lady over financial said my refund will be available today which is Monday..I go to the business around 12 and was told I had to wait because no one was able to sign the checks. But it'll be today...so I wait two hours and call back..a woman answers and with the nastiest attitude asked for the account number..tells me no there is no check. I explain the situation and she says no there's no one that can sign the check..I ask for someone from finance and she tells me yea just hold on as if she was speaking to one of her children..she quickly puts me thru to an empty voicemail. I want clarity..no business should be ran this way......I don't even have service with these people anymore but that's crazy the level of respect they give there patrons...currently still waiting but someone needs to know how they are maintaining this business. Even when I was sitting there all the women held private conversations at the window...cursing loudly....as if I wasn't even there...and that's a problem as well because the Mexican lady was assisted an sent on her way they ignored me and talked as I left about this exact situation.. Resolution Sought I want them to establish better communication. And I want my refund check.....
