This company sold me a vehicle that is broken! It does not work at all and 6 days afterwards it won't run at all! The Sales Associate Elizabeth Grant told me and my husband that nothing was wrong with it after we saw it sitting opposite of all the rest of the vehicles on the lot! She said that it just came in as a Trade and I asked if something was wrong with it? She explained that nothing was wrong and that they would get it fixed up for me the next day for me to come pick it up! I never test drive the car and when I picked it up the Tire Sensor Light was on and the breaks makes a very loud noise everytime you press the breaks! Six days later I had to pay for the tow and I was told by the Service Department that the issue is the Totally Integrated Power Module. They claimed to have repaired it and four days later the car would not crank again and I got stranded at Walmart. The car was told back to the dealership. They said the issue now is the Power Tran Control Module! They want to charge me $1,000 to repair it and also wait six weeks for the part to come in! I do not have a vehicle to go to work in nor to take my child to school! My husband is disabled and I don't have a way to take him to the doctor! I told the Finance manager that I wanted to trade out of the car and I was told that the Finance Company Chrystler Capital told them that I couldn't trade it out! I called the Finance Company and Agent Anthony stated that we could trade it and that we do have a warranty! Resolution Sought I would like to trade out to another vehicle or have them to pay for the repairs in full! They said that I do not have a warranty but the finance company said that I do!
