Waypoint agents have been harassing me for over a year. A fraudulent account was opened in my name under comcast Dec 2nd 2020 March 10th 2021 2823 at Pease street Houston TX 773003. Comcast does not recognize this information and waypoint will not provide me with more information. They are advising me to pay half the debt for them to let it go. Waypoint said they would send an affidavit but instead continue to send bills. I am not associated with that address in anyway nor have I ever lived there. Why is the responsibility on me to prove something that didn't happen? Resolution Sought Waypoint and Comcast need to double check their information when opening an account and remove these charges from my credit score

They billed me twice for a cell phone contract I paid the first charge for 954.30 than was billed again for 900.00 which I paid again today. I paid the first amt with a green dot card which they said they never go even though I have emails from green dot that it was paid, I used a different card from chime for the payment today .Apparently the green dot operator did not pay my bill. I had no choice but to pay again since I was threatened with police. Resolution Sought Reimburse me the original amount
