Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

My problem is simple. I paid a debt on march 25. I was told I would have a receipt within 24-48 hours. I called every day for the next week and was told the same thing , along with a promise to look into it. I asked for a supervisor only to be told they would call me back ( did not). It's been two weeks now with no receipt which I need to prove I paid it Why can I not get my receipt? ( bank has cleats payment in same day debt was paid ). I have names of everyone but one I spoke with but no receipt yet (Debt was to Comcast ) Resolution Sought Send receipt ASAP

Waypoint agents have been harassing me for over a year. A fraudulent account was opened in my name under comcast Dec 2nd 2020 March 10th 2021 2823 at Pease street Houston TX 773003. Comcast does not recognize this information and waypoint will not provide me with more information. They are advising me to pay half the debt for them to let it go. Waypoint said they would send an affidavit but instead continue to send bills. I am not associated with that address in anyway nor have I ever lived there. Why is the responsibility on me to prove something that didn't happen? Resolution Sought Waypoint and Comcast need to double check their information when opening an account and remove these charges from my credit score
