I've ordered Dunkin donuts ice coffee and received printer ink, called they said they would fix it. I received another order of printer ink. Called back was told I can't have a refund until their product that they sent wrong was returned.. I put their product on my steps for 4 days waiting for it to be picked up, it wasn't. I placed another call to find out that they had to re submit a pickup, all awhile I still have to wait for my refund, as a new customer to this company I will make sure anyone I know that might be ordering from them doesn't. Resolution Sought I want my money back. It wasn't my mistake it was their mistake Twice!!!

I am very sorry for the inconvenience. UPS will attempt to pick up the cartridges 3 times. I've reached out to the warehouse to make sure a call tag was issues. I've credited the account. Credit # S124072286. The credit will show up on the VISA within the next 3-5 days. I also refunded the freight charge so he will have 2 different credits going back to his VISA
