Excessively high prices

$500 for replacement of hot water heater. Company says $85 dollars an hour then informed $90 dollars an hour. I timed the workers and the cost should have been about half depending how much they average up on time. We bought and brought the hot water heater ourselves. They are way too high for their services. Would not recommend to anyone unless you just dont care how much they charge. They just did not return call for a free appraisa on septic services needed. Called 2 times and 2 weeks later no return call.
