Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I placed an order with WeDeliver for Hunans Palace on 01/05/2023 , I order Shrimp Fried Rice $8.75, Beef Pepper Steak $7.15, Vegetable Egg Rolls (2) $2.76, Dr. Pepper (fountain drink) $2.19 & Pink Lemonade (fountain drink) $2.19 , Total came to $34.67 including tax $2.24, processing fee $4.15, delivery $3.99 & an additional processing charge of $1.25…. I did not know that the restaurant doesn't partner with them. The driver, Randy, called me saying he couldn't contact the store to place my order because tge process is we order on the website and they call it in and pay for it with a company card. I called to place the order and was told they didnt have Dr. pepper or pink lemonade so I requested 2 Pepsi's. However the restaurant doesn't sell fountain drinks (I called to verify after Randy showed up with 2 Two Litter Pepsi's) so the drink charge went up to $8 . So on-top of the $34.67 they charged me $11.60. The website has items on it that the restaurant doesn't sell so when I tried to request a refund through the chat they denied me saying the restaurant charge was more than what they charged me for. So they are faulting me for their website being incorrect. Resolution Sought I want a full refund of the whole order plus the second charge.
