I placed an order with this company on 12.2.23. I have sent numerous emails inquiring about the stays to which I have received generic replies about how busy they are. I have called numerous times, left callback number and have also gotten a "busy signal" numerous times. I called tonight, 12.19.23 and picked option to place a new order and they answered right away. The rep was super rude and said 13 days which has passed. I told her to cancel and within seconds she said it was cancelled. I asked for email confirmation and she said that would take 3-5 days to receive cancellation email. What??? I asked for manager. Three days to talk to manager "after requested." I then get an IM through FB stating that it has been cancelled but it may not be cancelled if it has been "released for fulfillment." What?? This is an awful business practice and I want my money. I wish I had never had dealings with this deceptive company. I need my refund, a confirmation email and an apology for the behavior of this horrible, rude representative. Resolution Sought A refund of my order promptly.

I placed an order with them on 11-28-22. There website say 7-14 business days for processing. Here it is 12-24-22 and my items still have not processed this was suppose to be a Christmas gift. I called and was told I either need to wait it out or get a refund. Asked to speak with a supervisor and they said I don't have the info you would like, asked to speak to someone who would never got a return call. Resolution Sought There was nothing this company can do to make this right. They showed nothing to try and fix this Christmas gift.
