Product was ordered December 1st and has still not shipped. I have tried contacting the company via email, at first they responded before Christmas saying it would ship soon but would make it by Christmas which was okay and understandable. Since then it has still not shipped and my many emails, Facebook messages, Instagram messages have all been ignored with no answer. Resolution Sought Ship my order and respond with updates on order.
