The BMW Issue 1. Holding my car for more than 2 months. It sits on their lot, not being fixed. 2. More than 7 times announced the car will be ready in a short period of time, next day, three hours or three days. 3. Provided the vehicle as ready to go and it would not drive off of the parking lot. Multiple times of bringing it back to them more than five times after it almost broke down and needed to be towed to them. 4. Informed them of my trip plans and they said it would be ready. Last minute they say it will not. I had to rent a car for two different business trips. 5. Forced to use my wife's car to handle business due to them sitting on my car for months. Interference with house income and other expenses and inconveniences. 6. Unprofessional as they put me on hold for over a half hour supposing to go find out what is happening with my car. When I stop in to talk to them, they don't know why I did not get a call updating me on the progress with my vehicle. 7. After all of this carrying on about my car ($6,000 later) they are saying the car has something else wrong that I have to pay them more money to fix. The car is not even worth $6,000 on the market in top shape. They said they can fix it. They repeatedly gave it to as "fixed". Now they want to get paid more money after months of holding my vehicle and costing me thousands more in expenses. Resolution Sought I expect that they will provide a refund of my money. I will take it to a specialist. The cost of their sitting on my car and providing repeatedly wrong results as well as my cost for covering. They charged extra money for using a debit card. They used it as a credit card.
