The BMW Issue 1. Holding my car for more than 2 months. It sits on their lot, not being fixed. 2. More than 7 times announced the car will be ready in a short period of time, next day, three hours or three days. 3. Provided the vehicle as ready to go and it would not drive off of the parking lot. Multiple times of bringing it back to them more than five times after it almost broke down and needed to be towed to them. 4. Informed them of my trip plans and they said it would be ready. Last minute they say it will not. I had to rent a car for two different business trips. 5. Forced to use my wife's car to handle business due to them sitting on my car for months. Interference with house income and other expenses and inconveniences. 6. Unprofessional as they put me on hold for over a half hour supposing to go find out what is happening with my car. When I stop in to talk to them, they don't know why I did not get a call updating me on the progress with my vehicle. 7. After all of this carrying on about my car ($6,000 later) they are saying the car has something else wrong that I have to pay them more money to fix. The car is not even worth $6,000 on the market in top shape. They said they can fix it. They repeatedly gave it to as "fixed". Now they want to get paid more money after months of holding my vehicle and costing me thousands more in expenses. Resolution Sought I expect that they will provide a refund of my money. I will take it to a specialist. The cost of their sitting on my car and providing repeatedly wrong results as well as my cost for covering. They charged extra money for using a debit card. They used it as a credit card.

I took my 2008 grand Cherokee into where master auto Inc. Friday, December 17 th for a check engine light and stalling. They immediately told me I need an engine they offer me a car care credit because they told me the engine was gonna be $6000. Then they said a transmission then I said a catalytic converter then it brought the price up to $8945.45 all on the car care credit I got my vehicle back a week after this check engine light still on took it back to them three times to have the check engine light removed they proceeded to tell me that because I have a aftermarket catalytic converter. The light won't go off. Because I have a dealer remote starter. The remote starter will not work. So they said they would find me or check into getting me one from the dealer. This was on Monday. I drove the car to work Tuesday. Get ready to come home and the transmission blows I feel like they didn't do any of the work they gave me a loaner while the truck was in the shop that overheated how are they going to be a reputable business and they're loaning out loaners that's not even running properly then it seems like they farmed my vehicle out to another shop because I dropped it off at the Wearmaster on Livernois Avenue in Detroit and I had to go on 7 mile and Gratiot in Detroit to Goodyear to pick it up and I'm still trying to get a loaner from them Resolution Sought Give me some what of a refund back for the inconvenience I already think for the work that they provided was definitely not worth $8945.15
