On May 19th 2020, we contracted to have our home stripped of old shake shingles, insulated, sided, and trimmed out for 18,000. The contractor is David Duffy, owner of Weather-Tec home improvements. He showed up in late summer/ fall and got about half the house done. He came back a few times this Spring and trimmed some windows. He came and picked up his tools and never returned. We have paid him $15,500. He won't return calls or texts. Our biggest stipulation was to have it done before last winter. He stiffed all the way around. Resolution Sought Get us our money back so we can pay someone to finish the job.
