Web Builder LLC complaints

I researched Google to find the web builder LLC. I communicated with Chris for around two weeks. I showed Chris details of what I wanted for my website, and Chris understood everything I asked. I especially mentioned two functional reward programs. Chris responded that there was no problem with two reward programs and his company could do whatever I wanted for my website. We signed the contract on 10/20/2023. The time finished is 3-4 months, as attached. It was due to 2/20/2024. I had a horrible experience, which exhausted me and caused me to be frustrated with the project. The company has very poor management. The project has been delayed over seven months and has only completed roughly 30- 40 so far. Before updating the website, we typically had Zoom meetings. I pointed out what needed to change during the Zoom meeting. I asked each one during the Zoom meeting. How many percentage do you understand my accent? Each one answered me to understand my accent fine. After the meeting, I took screenshots of websites individually to point out what needed to be changed and sent to them. Sometimes, I used the color arrow to point out, too. I have attached one example. I only fired the first one initially because Toby only updated two words after I waited ten days. The company sent a new person to charge for my project. I had to spend time sending all the documents to the new person, the project manager, again. However, Since April, the web builder LLC frequently sent ne Resolution Sought 1. I need Web Builder LLC to fill out each section and give me a deadline with Rick and the boss's signature. If the deadline has passed, the web builder needs to pay the warehouse cost (invoice), WMS cost monthly (invoice), and business opportunity cost, as attached. 2. If Web Builder LLC cannot do the two reward programs, they need to ask for outsourcing to make the two reward programs completely functional. It is the backbone for growing my business.
