Customer Complaint

I ordered custom interior trim for my BMW 335i on 11/15/23. This trim according to their website should have taken 2-3 weeks to make and shipped out. After 5 weeks of no item, I contact the company and received a response saying the guy who makes the trim is sick. I then requested a full refund and haven't gotten a response yet. This feels like a scam and I just want my money back. Resolution Sought Refund my full amount due to the fact that the item wasn't made yet.

Company states; Mr. Meade's order was fulfilled and the package arrived to him on Wednesday, January 10th. ( UPS: 1ZC1B491YW35667519 ). George did however ask us for updates on his order which we have responded to all of his emails letting him know his order takes about 2-3 weeks for us to manufacture and ship. We have not heard from George since his package arrived.
