Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

The first order we received multiple broken jars. No fragile stickers were on any of the boxes. We filed a complaint and they refunded us, so we reordered our jars. The second batch also came broken, this time with jars pulled out of the container (for instance the six pack of 1/2 gallons only had four). They stuffed bubble wrap in between and refused to make it right. They need to start actually taking care of customers. Wanting $99 a month for broken jars is unacceptable Resolution Sought Please make it right. Send the correct amount, and ensure the product is packed properly.
