WEC Energy took money out my Account that they did not support to do and they won't give it back. Return my money. You have robbed a senior citizen on a fixed income. Resolution Sought I want my money back. They said they was going to give it back an they keeping making excuses. I am a retired senior citizen I need my money

I spoke with the customer on 1.31.24. This is not a utlity complaint. She has questions regarding her retiree insurance through bswitt. I have requested for our HR benefits area for retirees to reach out to Mary. Mary has no issues with her utility account and is satisfied with our services.
