I spoke with the customer on 1.31.24. This is not a utlity complaint. She has questions regarding her retiree insurance through bswitt. I have requested for our HR benefits area for retirees to reach out to Mary. Mary has no issues with her utility account and is satisfied with our services.

Why did you change the format of our monthly statement? I've been wanting to ask you for some time now. The old statement was very clear and mostly easy to understand. I'm a budget customer and always knew the remaining balance so that I could stay on top of it. Now it's nowhere on my bill or at least I can't find it . Resolution Sought Make the budget transaction more visible.
