Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A few weeks ago I received 2 negative reviews on my weddingwire profile. Everything in the reviews was a complete lie. They were claiming I hit on their bridesmaids, dressed unprofessionally and ruined their wedding. Now the reviews show the dates of the weddings of the person that wrote said reviews. Both dates I was working completely different weddings. I have signed contracts, schedules, and even video evidence to prove I didn't work for these reviewers. I disputed the reviews on weddingwire, however weddingwire sided with the reviewer because they claimed they provided signed documents or email exchange (they would not specify which) showing we had a business transaction. Because of their privacy policy they cannot share these documents the reviewers provided them with me. Even with all the evidence I had to prove my innocence weddingwire has done nothing and allowed these completely fraudulent reviews to remain on my page. Now I haven't used wedding wire in over 7 years so I figured I'd just have my account removed. There is no option to remove my account and when I contacted customer support via email requesting my accounts deletion, they said they couldn't because I'm still an active business working in weddings therefore they cannot remove my page. These fake reviews are damaging to not only the image of my company but my professional career overall as I am a full time freelancer. Resolution Sought I would like for weddingwire to acknowledge the documents I provided as proof that the reviews are slandering and that they act on my request to either have the reviews removed or take my business page down as soon as possible.
