I received a call from Dathen Weems telling me that I couldn't inspect my property, because I didn't give official notice. Then the ordered my to stay away for the weekend. Then says to stay away through Thanksgiving, then threatened me saying I need to stay away or there will be problems. Also when we were texting he then asked me to lie and give Darrin a good referral letter, and he'll be out December 1,2022. I told him I would not lie and that he could lie and write the letter himself. Resolution Sought For this attorney not to give out false information he should have asked me to send an official letter stating I will give 24 hours before entering. Darrin and I always handled things through text previously. I didn't know that Darrin didn't want to handle it that way anymore. Also he is an attorney it is unethical to ask someone to lie.

To be clear this claim by Ms. Ochoa is baseless and frivolous. Ms. Ochoa is the opposing party in a landlord tenant dispute wherein I represent the tenant. Ms. Ochoa likely suffers from some mental illness or as my client alleges, she is a habitual drug user. Her erratic behavior clearly evidences of these concerns and the wildness of her accusations. If the BCA would like reassurance as to my position, I recommend it retrieve the allegedly offending voicemail from Ms. Ochoa. It will be unequivocally exculpatory as both my temperament and my language were measured if not kind. To Ms. Ochoa's specific allegations: I never threatened her and even reassured her that no one would cause her harm. I did not "order" her not to go on her property, but I did tell her that we needed to do this the right way. She went to the property anyway the next day, though without her trailer, so voicemail certainly did nothing to affect her perception of her rights. I am not obligated to advise her as to her legal right regarding notice while at the same time I never denied that she has right to inspect if proper notice is given (and that we should talk about how to make this happen). For what it is work the BCA's review, Mr. Putnam moved out of the premises on November 30,2022. Ms. Ochoa continues to send me texts, along with my client, with her complaints about Mr. Putman and how the premise was left. Ms. Ochoa is no specifically requesting that I respond to any of her texts and I am also not authorized by my client to do any more work at this time. Mr. Putman is responsible for any further communication on Ms. Ochoa doe not need to be concerned about my participation.
