Better Business Bureau gave this co, an A+ so I thought I would try them out on my project of removing carpet from the lower & upper deck, replace any boards on the deck and stain with a weatherproof uv protection stain, repair some cracks on a cement landing, repair a cement step, fill in gaps in a board on the patio from end to end. The lady that I went over with this in person, she missed the appt. day and time I had to reschedule then she sent me the estimates and told me that this would be a two person job and take one week. It turned out to be a one person job and took almost two months to complete, the first guy she sent was by himself and tried to carry up to my deck from the inside of my house eight foot plywood, that would not fit going up to my indoor stairs , he scraped my newly painted walls that I told to him to be careful of, he did not provide any Drop cloths I had to use my bath towels, he ended up cutting the plywood so they would be easier to bring upstairs from the inside of my house when he should have had two people carrying the plywood up ladders to my deck like my new patio door was installed. the day they were to start (Monday) Sunni sent me an email that morning and said "I have Steve coming tomorrow (tuesday) see ya then". Steve started to put the new plywood over my old deteriorated plywood that was crumbling and Disen grating before our eyes, after he laid all the new -I have alot more to tell about this company, the shotty work they did & t Resolution Sought they need to reimburse me for the items I did not have done, and I should not be charged for the work the 1st guy Steve did for three days and ended up having to be redone by another person, and some of the cement work that I did not authorize to do they should not be charging me for that, they should be answering my emails of my breakdown and reimbursement items I have requested several times, Better Business Bureau should give them an C- I have alot more to tell about this company doing my pr
