I order a message machine with weight sonic I contacted them because the product is defective and they have a policy of 30 day guarantee it money back I contacted them to please send me a return label so I can send back the product the costumer service representative has not been helpful at all he said he was going speak with a department and it was going to take a few days so please be patient but aren't they supposed to replace my defective product as soon as possible since is defective they are not honoring their word all I want is my machine and that's it. Resolution Sought I would like to get a refund so I can purchase with another company but if is not possible at least to give a good working condition machine
