I signed up for this weight loss program. I paid the initial payment for the product. I did not receive the complete package in order to use the product. I have reached out to them via phone and email and no one responds. I also reached out to the email provided and it came back undeliverable. Resolution Sought I would like to receive a full refund in the amount of $231.
