Staff is very rude and unhelpful

I have been going here for years and while Dr Holman herself is a delight, her staff is very rude and unhelpful. I was called and told there was a script for me there and when I called to ask about it (not even a week later) they told me it had been thrown away and I now had to go to the doctor. When trying to make an appointment the receptionist kept interrupting me, talking over me, and eventually hung up on me. Have more accommodation for people who work retail jobs and can't make it there from 9-5 they have no late hour days
