The financial advisor did a very poor job of making my experience a great one.

I went to the Sardis Road branch in Matthews NC on 09/13/2023 to speak with someone regarding opening a checking account and to inquire about transferring my IRA to Wells Fargo. The branch manager, assumed that I did not need assistance with speaking with a financial advisor, and I actually did. Her statement was " I know that you don't need to talk to a financial advisor" and took two people ahead of me. Why assume this? What made her make this statement? I needed advice on transferring my IRA. My wife is a Wells Fargo employee, and this is not good customer service. I will not be moving my IRA to Wells Fargo for this reason. The financial advisor did a very poor job of making my experience a great one. Thank you.

Wellsfargo is charging poor people like me because I can't afford to have $500 in my account. So anyone that doesn't have at least $500 in there account will be charged $10.
