Get back to Wendy's quality food. Retrain staff.

Wendys, Kempseville Rd, Chesapeake, VA. Cold & hard hamburger bun. Had to repeat specifics of order several times & still wrong. Used to be great food always. Now last few times terrible food quality. No receipt to check possible overcharge.
