I was told it could take up to 6 months to find parts.

I had an estimate done with this shop and asked when they could fix my car? I was told there were people ahead of me so they didn't know. Then I was told it could take up to 6 months to find parts. So I consulted a competitor and they told me that no parts were need and fix my car the following week for half the price. I am well satisfied with their work and customer service. West body shop contacted my wife inquiring about fix my car she told him that it had been fix. Then he became very rude and kept asking where we took our business. This is not excitable and it up set my wife to be talked to in this manner when if he could have gave me a straight answer on when they could have fixed my car they would have gotten our business. Apologize for their rude actions.
